نبحث عن متخصص في هيكلة الشركات للانضمام إلى فريقنا القانوني. يتضمن الدور تقديم المشورة القانونية في مجال تأسيس وإعادة هيكلة الشركات، وصياغة العقود التجارية، ومتابعة الإجراءات الرسمية لدى الجهات المختصة.

We are seeking a corporate structuring specialist to join our legal team. The role includes providing legal counsel on company incorporation and restructuring, drafting commercial contracts, and following up on formal procedures with relevant authorities.

المتطلبات:
Requirements:
  • مؤهل قانوني جامعي (ليسانس حقوق)
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال قانون الشركات
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office
  • Law degree (Bachelor of Law)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in corporate law
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
